Calpe Diem

What used to be a small fishing village has now grown into a beautiful city where the old city center has been preserved. Although there are some high-rise buildings, it is certainly not as busy as Benidorm, for example, which is close enough to visit, old Benidorm is a must. In addition, trips to Valencia (the birthplace of the paella) and Alicante are definitely recommended. You have both rocky coast and stretched sandy beach here. When you go inland it goes uphill. The result is that both the active holiday seeker (sailing, surfing, diving, fishing, supping, cycling, etc.) and the sun worshiper will find what they like here. Discover the bays and rock walks, the rock of Ifach with its nature reserve, the beautiful promenade with its cozy bars and restaurants.

Holiday home Calpe Diem is a typical Spanish house with a clear Moorish influence. This charming house was completely renovated in 2014. The house is completely detached and located in a very quiet urbanization.

The villa has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor is a bathroom with bath and On the first floor (accessible via external stairs) is the second bathroom ensuite with shower. The large format flat screen television is received by T.V.Vlaanderen. The kitchen is well equipped. All windows are fitted with mosquito windows.

There is a large communal swimming pool.

Two bicycles are available to the tenant free of charge.

The distance to the beach and the promenade is 1800 meters. Close by there is a Lidl, an Aldi and 2 large Spanish supermarkets.

The internet is free and water consumption is included in the price. The electricity consumption is not included and a rate of € 0.30 per KW is applied.
